As a New York City based artist, Lindsey Wilner's fresh, innovative, street inspired abstract art exudes the same electric energy that beats within the heart of New York. Her early works of abstract expressionism fused with pop art hues has evolved into a previously unexplored marriage of the abstract movement of a "bygone generation" and the grassroots raw expression of the guerrilla graffiti movement of late. She is laying the groundwork for a new technique of mark making. Her mission is to offer her viewers a place to reflect, create and become inspired.
Lindsey's work has been exhibited at the annual Fountain Art Show in Miami and New York City. She has curated collections and showcased work for special events including the first ever Pencils of Promise Gala (November 2011), which raised over $1 million dollars to go towards building schools in the developing world.

Wilner grew up in Greenwich, Connecticut and attended Colby-Sawyer College in New Hampshire. She continued her education through international travel, studying fashion in Italy and various painting techniques in Hawaii. She currently resides in the West Village of Manhattan.
